Thank you for choosing Peckaboo. I want to ensure your experience is seamless and that you love every handcrafted piece you receive. Below you will find everything you need to know regarding delivery and our return process.
Processing & Production
Because each item is handmade with care, please allow a two-week turnaround for your order to be prepared and dispatched. I strive to get your beautiful pieces to you as quickly as possible without compromising on the quality of the craftsmanship.
Shipping
I offer a simple flat rate shipping fee of $10 on all orders.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email including a tracking number. This allows you to follow your Peckaboo delivery directly to your door.
Returns & Damaged Items
I put a lot of love and attention into every order, but if something isn't right or arrives damaged, please reach out to me at peckabooau@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
I am more than happy to arrange a replacement or a full refund for faulty items; simply include photos of the damage in your email so I can assist you quickly.
Please keep in mind that because the items are personalised or made-to-order, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
